We keep counting the owlets, and there are still seven at home in the box. Logan and Lindsay are very eager to take off, but not quite ready. Any day now!
All Seven Nestlings
It’s been rare for us to get a clear view simultaneously of all seven owlets (“nestlings” at this stage of growth) for a definitive headcount, but today they lined up nicely for the camera. Glad to see the youngest ones looking okay (sibling competition for food is fierce!). Fingers crossed that Luna and Leonard can keep up with providing sufficient food for all!
